HORSE PURCHASES
The industry standard is to collect a 15% commission on horse purchases and sales. I find that this can make the purchasing of horses more prohibitive. For this reason, I have chose to use a more adaptive pricing plan, detailed below:
-
Finders fee if I successfully find the horse you purchase - $500
-
Coaching during viewing and horse trials - $50/hr or $200/day
-
All travel expenses are to be covered by the client while viewing horses
-
Additional services including price negotiations, pre-purchase exam bookings and assistance, and trailering can be arranged for additional costs.
HORSE SALES
Selling:
-
10% commission on sales price
PAYMENTS
GST will be added to all items
All payments are to be made for the month ahead by the 1st of the month. I.e. payments for January lessons must be received by Jan 1st to secure your spots.

Late fees will be applied for late payments
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

For extenuating circumstances, if less than 24hrs notice is given, a make-up lesson can be scheduled.
